Bring the following:

• Government photo ID

• Confirmation email

• SIN

• Relevant tax documents: T2202, T4A, T4, T5

You can get your T2202 and T4A from the SSC website (Finances > Tax forms > T2202/T4A Tax form).

You can get a copy of your T4 from your employer.

Each individual is given a password for their tax return at the time of the appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your password. UBC TACS cannot guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the password used for your return should you lose it. Alternatively, you can access your tax information through CRA My Account.
